If you haven’t heard of our Magic Mirror yet, now is the time to educate yourself. The Magic Mirror is an amazing online tool that allows you to try on eyewear online, without even leaving the house. We’ve explained more about it in one of our other blog posts, so go read up and then come back to see what our influencers thought of their Magic Mirror experience.
Florina Toma
Florina is a real estate business lawyer and seasoned traveller (with 34 countries under her belt!) in one. Talk about multitasking! She, like many of us, understands the importance of great eyewear (and not just for showcasing it on her world-class Instagram).
1. What do you think about our newest feature, the Magic Mirror?
Honestly, it’s the best – especially for people who are always worried about what they’re gonna look like in sunglasses.
2. Would you recommend trying out eyewear via Magic Mirror before buying to your followers? Why?
Yes, it clearly shows what the sunglasses will look like on you. Once you get to see that and find a look you will love, you’ll be more comfortable with buying.
3. Do the glasses/sunglasses look different or the same in real life as they looked in the eyerim Magic Mirror?
They look pretty much the same, you’ll definitely be able to understand how they will suit you thanks to the Magic Mirror.
Honestly, we're honoured to have powerful and stylish women like Florina working with eyerim. She's very clearly a woman who knows elegance when she sees it. That must be why she chose these Prada shades to wear with that stunning leather jacket. The sunglasses suit her very well, don't you think?
Naty Kerny
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you must have seen Naty in many of our previous blogs or at least through her beautiful Instagram page. She's incredibly photogenic and also a lovely, pure soul who always has some kind words to say. And she loves our Magic Mirror!
1. What do you think about our newest feature, the Magic Mirror?
It’s the future, and the perfect tool for someone like me, a true eyewear lover. I’m not a fan of asking too much about stuff and feeling the pressure coming from salespeople in a store. Even worse, when wanting to try on more expensive eyewear, I have to ask them to unlock the cabinet. This is much better: I get to try on eyewear from the comfort of my home and get to choose from a much wider variety than any of the brick-and-mortar stores offer!
2. Would you recommend trying out eyewear via Magic Mirror before buying to your followers? Why?
It’s simple, fast, exact and ideal for everyone who values their time. I recommend trying out the Magic Mirror so you truly get a modern shopping experience.
3. Do the glasses/sunglasses look different or the same in real life as they looked in the eyerim Magic Mirror?
We can pretty much rename the tool from Magic Mirror to just “mirror” – it shows nothing more and nothing less than what it really looks like to wear the (sun)glasses in question. They look realistic and pretty much identical to those that will arrive in your package once you order them for real.
The forever fashionable Naty is well familiar with the tiny sunglasses trend, sporting the Dior Hypnotic model in its “Havana” colouring. Pairing it with a classic beige trenchcoat, she manages to amaze us all with her photos, as always. And let's be honest, the sunglasses suit her like they were made for her face. It's as if she's tried them on before buying...
Lucie Feriková
Lucie, our resident fairy with beautiful, ever-changing hair colours, likes to go a bit extravagant with her ultra-fashionable eyewear when she feels like it. All the more important to try it on first, right?
1. What do you think about our newest feature, the Magic Mirror?
At first, it felt like science fiction! I really thought online fitting rooms and similar features would come much later on in the future! It’s a much more comfortable shopping experience. Some may say it’s not perfect, but it doesn’t have to be. I just need to get an idea about the shape and size and how it looks on my own face. And I get that idea in just a few seconds with Magic Mirror. Congratulations on bringing this great tool to your customers.
2. Would you recommend trying out eyewear via Magic Mirror before buying to your followers? Why?
Definitely. Honestly, why not do it? It only takes a moment and you don’t have to worry about returning glasses that don’t fit or suit your face. My face isn’t really a universal type, and some shapes simply don’t suit me – but now I don’t need to spend time deciding whether this is it or not.
3. Do the glasses/sunglasses look different/same in real life than they looked in the eyerim Magic Mirror?
Honestly, they look better in real life. But I don’t mind that, OBVIOUSLY. :)
Lucie is rocking some absolutely classic Stella McCartney sunglasses, which – according to her own words – she bought in order to own a pair of sunglasses that goes with everything. It couldn't be more clear that she was absolutely right: the shades look amazing paired with her pastel-coloured outfit. To own a similar pair, try these Ray-Ban sunglasses or go more extravagant with this Dsquared2 model that Lucia already owns.
And there you have it, folks. It's not just us preaching about how phenomenal the Magic Mirror is – I mean obviously we would be since it's been tried and tested on us. But to keep it objective for you all, we asked for the opinions of these amazing influencers, who are, as it turns out, all big fans of the Magic Mirror as well. And what now, you ask? Well, we suggest you head on to the eyerim e-shop and have some fun trying on all the different (sun)glasses you've ever wanted. After all, the Magic Mirror is here to help you find yourself. Happy shopping!
