We are in close touch with all our suppliers to make sure no disruption takes place on our supply chain and that our service runs smoothly. In case longer delivery times will be expected, this will be transparently displayed on product detail pages.
Ordering prescription glasses also remains available and our lens lab is fully functional. Single-focus lenses are tailored into more than 10 000 models of prescription glasses. But progressive (or multifocal) lenses are available for all eyerim collection models. These lenses are made for correcting presbyopia - they join together two or more prescription to ensure focus on objects at all distances
All you need is a recipe from your eye doctor. In case you have problems reading it, our customer service team will be happy to help you fill it in. With our Magic Mirror, you can easily try on thousands of glasses using a webcam, whenever, wherever.
We are keeping our shipments safe
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), Coronavirus is not transmitted via inanimate objects such as parcels or eyewear products. Science shows that the ability of viruses to survive outside living organisms, for example during shipping, is zero.
While it’s unlikely for the virus to survive on any inorganic surface, both our warehousing services provider and courier companies implemented new processes, including increasing sanitization standards on shipments being handled and delivered to you.
