Essilor premium are custom-made lenses from EssilorLuxottica with the intelligent Transitions Xtractive ® surface treatment. They are the darkest photochromic lenses so far, suitable for wearing in very intense light and heat outside, inside and even behind the wheel. Transitions between coloring and lightening of the lens are the fastest with this technology. In the interior, they have a soft color and provide the highest protection against UV and blue light.

Durable anti-reflective lenses, whose refractive index is 1.5 and the recommended maximum diopter size is +/- 2.00.
Thinner (lightweight) lenses
Compared to standard lenses, they are thinner and lighter by 25%. They are 7 times more resistant to scratches, their refractive index is 1.60 and the recommended maximum diopter size is +/- 4.25.
Extra lightweight lenses
Compared to standard lenses, they are thinner and lighter by up to 40%. Their refractive index is 1.67 and the recommended maximum diopter size is +6.00 / -10.00.
