Try them from the comfort of your home using a webcam. Choose glasses only according to the prescription of the ophthalmologist. You can also buy them with a blue light filter that protects your eyes from harmful radiation from the screens.

How was the Polaroid brand created?

The story of Polaroid began in 1929, when Edwin Land, then a Harvard student, patented the world's first polarizing filter. In 1937, he founded the Polaroid Corporation in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The company originally produced Polaroid Day Glasses, the first sunglasses with a polarizing filter. Land later negotiated with the American Optical Company to manufacture polarized sunglasses. Such glasses could block glare rather than just darken the landscape. And that was the beginning of Polaroid Day Glasses, a long-term source of income for Polaroid.

Since its beginning, Polaroid lenses have always offered the highest quality in combination with top materials and finishes. Visual comfort is guaranteed with Polaroid glasses, all you have to do is choose your favorite model.
